UK Express Tracked & Signed: 3 - 4 working days - Tracking details provided

EU Tracked & Signed: 3 - 8 working days - Tracking details provided

Worldwide Tracked & Signed: 3 - 15 working days. - Tracking details provided

Personalised items: Please be aware personalised cases can take up to a week before shipping. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once purchased, we cannot exchange OR refund any of our phone cases which are either personalised, in the sale, or a 'mystery case'.

If your case is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem. Please email: info@thefonecasecompany.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the case.​

We offer a 14 day from delivery return policy. Please note: customers are responsible for all fees involved. Items must be returned in original packaging and unmarked.

 

CARING FOR YOUR CASE 

Please be advised when taking off your phone cover, first push through the camera hole then off the corner to prevent the case being damaged. Your case is built to withhold drops however in some situations either your case or phone unfortunately may take a hit.
